I've been away on a work trip, but for Christmas Eve I made some pizzas for my family. I thought they turned out pretty well, so I figured I would share them. That said, it was cold enough in my garage that everything started freezing while I was making the pizzas (as evidenced by the green peppers pictured) - including the cook!
Of course, my work trip took me to Phoenix, where I was able to try several pizzas at Pizzeria Bianco. Needless to say, I learned just how much work I still have to do on my pizza making skills...
Beautifully done pies!

Wow these are gorgeous pies, I’m hungry now and would love a slice.

Thank you for the kind words! I used a biga for the dough, and mixed it in my Ankarsrum.
They look well baked with the leopard spots. Your oven looks like a nice setup with the flame under the stone. Getting the stone temp in balance with the air temp can be challenging with the Ooni Koda that I have been using especially when making several at a time. It took a lot of trial and error for sure.
