Hello,
Where would you look for a countertop-size bread oven these days (to be used in the US)? The size of Rofco B5 or 10? Either there aren't that many options as it used to be or I'm looking in the wrong stores. Would greatly appreciate any suggestion!
Thank you and Cheers,
H.

Here's the main category for that... https://www.webstaurantstore.com/14183/countertop-convection-ovens.html
Thanks, clevins! Do these convection oven require tweaking to turn them into bread ovens?
I've not used them, but that site is usually pretty well stocked with commercial restaurant gear. Some of those have steam injection too (which I assume will require plumbing). Obviously you can use them as bread ovens even with convection though you'd need to adjust temps etc.
I use a Cuisinart steam and convection oven all the time. Doesn’t heat up the kitchen. Can only bake one loaf at a time. Has a “Bread” setting. I don’t know the two ovens you referenced so can’t say if the same size.
Thank you, Erica, idaveindy! Look like great options.
