Mini Loaf Pan Options

Ming, all my "small" loaf pans, volume 0.9-1liter, are from Europe or Japan. The only ones made on our continent is from Fat Daddio's, made in Canada. They are great.

This one is 3.75 cups in volume, about 1Qt volume, and the price is unbeatable

They also have a slightly smaller and a bit larger (4.6 cups) pans

They are so cute and affordable, Mariana, it would be great if they were taller though. Thanks for the pointers.

Given the crazy heights this FLAS produces in bread, I might like a longer pan. That 3/4 lb pan is 1 liter just like my tiny cube. My loaves are turning out 6" tall. I might prefer 6" long instead.

Yeah, I know what you mean but I would like to make a "square" toast bread so it must be 4"x4"x something shortest possible since I am the only one that eats it and I want it gone quickly so I can make a new one :).

Oh yeah some of those far east made stuff are awfully expensive on Amazon. I have never bought anything from AliExpress and I am not sure if I can trust it. Thanks.
