The Panatonni masters

I found this video very informative. I think you all will too. You're very welcome!

My favorite cake that I will never make. Is there a Panawilli coming from your kitchen? I’ll buy it!

I like it!

Alas, this project is already a year behind schedule and relegated to the back burner. I just don't have the time/patience to attempt this complicated bread while giving it the attention needed. The project failed only two weeks in, after a promising start. viaggio-del-panettone-2020

Fun to watch. Roll in oven, baking racks that revolve upside down, amazing colour of the dough, interesting inclusions of orange, honey, passion of the bakers.

Had my first pandoro this year. Enjoyed it despite it being storebought... imported from Italy.

A sandwich shop I used to go to near my office ages ago gave out mini pannetone every Christmas but they were quite stale. Never knew what they should be like. The video makes me quite curious about it and TFLrs are getting me interested in fruit inclusions.
