I bought it from a restaurant supply company in the U.S.. Can't remember which one. It comes in two sizes. I got the larger. I don't like it much. I have used it 3 or 4 times to sauté fish fillets. It is getting seasoned and works okay. But it is very bulky and quite heavy. I am not using it. Some of the newer "hybrid" pans work as well and are easier to work with, IMO.

SWMBO going out of town next week and I forsee paella in my future...
Our new-ish gas range has a large oval burner just right for the pan.
Definitely a niche utensil but for only $45USD I couldn't help myself.
