While following this video as carefully as possible, I attempted to make my first loaf of bread ever...which ended up looking NOTHING like the "BIG DOG" loaf. And thus began my obsession with bread baking.
I've since baked this exact same recipe EIGHT more times, and STILL my loaf fails to rise to the heights of this magnificent deployed-car-airbag-looking artisan country loaf. And so my quest continues...
