Good evening everyone.
My name is Chris or Jordan depending on who is speaking to me, long story. I have been a sourdough baker for a little over a year now. What started as a mental escape plan turned into what is now a local beacon of ... bread actually.
Every weekend I bake for neighbors and friends and some new customers that follow me on Instagram. I actually considered ending the whole show but they would not let me . HA! So now I am utilizing this incredible space to further grow my knowledge and flavors.
