Sourdough Chips

Here's an idea to try when you end up with more bread than your family can eat in a week (or a bake doesn't quite live up to aspirations)...sourdough chips!

This is my riff on pita chips.  Great as a snack, on a salad as croutons, as a dipper for hummus, etc.

I just thinly sliced the bread, drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with salt and baked in a 350F oven for 15-17 minutes.
