I can't decide which I like best, exploring traditional baguette formulae, or baking baguettes myself. Question for the ages, who in reality is the one and only baguette king?
P.S. I need that stand mixer he is using! Way cool!

Do you know what brand it is? I told my husband that I want one. ?
Maybe if we watch the video carefully we can see a name brand?
I'll give it a try and let you know.
Now finding a USA vender is another story!

I've been trying to convince my husband we need a private jet (many friends in the UK want my bread). But perhaps UK 753 is a bit much. Thanks for looking, maybe I can find one that size here. I've overheated my KitchenAid 600 a couple times with too much whole grain dough.
Maybe look at a Ankarsrum.
I'll do that.
Take a look at the Bosch, also. I can vouch for the Bosch, have & use it. I don't love the top drive and column but she does the job. The Bosch is nearly 1/2 the price of the $700.00 Ank. Not sure if the Ank could be that much better. I hear tell the Bosch universal is out of stock everywhere. Go figure, all of the sudden the whole world fancies themselves bakers! Smile....It is fun to drool over way cool hardware!
There are people even here that own this machine for about 14 years. That wil tell something about the quality of this machine.
Yes it is a bit more expensive but very solid
You know the song, Elvis...
Yep Will, that old baguette black magic got you in its spell. You be trapped! So sorry...
