Hello,

I've been baking breads of and on for many years now, but am still a novice. I developed my own sourdough starter for the first time after the lockdown. I've had 3 attempts at baking sourdoughs so far. The first wasn't that great - I think my starter wasn't ready. The 2nd & 3rd came out well. This is a pic of my 2nd attempt.

l'm still getting the feel for sourdough and am looking forward to learning from this community.
