HI, new here. I've had the Fidibus Classic Komo mill for a while now, but I've really only ever used it to mill hard wheat berries to make whole wheat yeast bread. I am looking for some ideas and inspirations to do more things with this mill, any suggestions? Thank you!
If you check Komo's homepage it lists all the things you can mill with your model. It's a long list.
You can also mill rice, rice flour is great for dusting bannetons and couches.
And tiger bread (giraffe bread)
