Quarantine sourdoughs and ... FUN!

Hello readers,

 

I was absent for a while (more or less ten years... ), but now, in this dangerous times I rediscovered the joy of baking, and thinking maybe making it a business ( my job right now is a bit .. or a lot ... endangered), maybe a mill in the country side (I might have some land).... anyways, if there is someone that wants to participate pm me :).

Now I must say that those breads are purely experiments (don't remember the quantities or ingredients, is just compulsive and therapeutic baking :)) ), pure FUN with tons of flavors.

Tell me more about what you mean by "maybe making it a business".  I'm thoroughly intrigued (my dream is to own a bakery).
