New member/baker here. I have recently gotten into baking after being inspired by my dad's and brother's pictures of baked goods. I have my first loaf bulk fermenting right now and can't wait to see how it turns out.
I'm not new but am picking back up after a long time and several failed attempts last year. It took 2 weeks to get my sourdough started but it's been doing really well! Your loaf may be in the oven now so hopefully it turned out well!
Hello to you out in Eastern Mass! The loaf had a great flavor and a crunchy crust, but the interior was a little under cooked due to my oven running hot. I have a thermometer for my smoker that I plan on using for the next loaf so that I can control the oven temps.
