Hi. Just to let any Irish subscribers know that I’ve found that James Kelly in Ballymore Eustace has tons of organic wheat grain for sale. And flour. Flour gone from shops  with the lockdown. So if you are stuck look him up. Might be useful next winter if supply chains from UK fail. He also mills flour and can mill to tipo00 standard. So useful for bakeries too.
