You and they have to be verified, meaning you have to have had responded to the verification email that the web site sent you.

And disasters and flub-ups are one of our favourite topics of conversation....to find solution or figure out "why" something happens or how to make home baking easier for you. (Or to show you we've done the same or worse.)
You will have to sort thru advice finding out what works for you in your own kitchen. Just ask.

Some of my earliest memories are of Kansas. Salina to be exact. A long long time ago. Early 60's.
But the better-known KCMO is not, President Trump's geography confusion notwithstanding.
