I am looking for egg substitutes for my bread. I have looked on the Internet and several seem to be viable egg replacements. Mayonnaise, plain yogurt, and flax seed or chia seeds soaked in water.
Due to the virus situation, I am unable to purchase more eggs at this time. Looking for alternatives.

If it's not a significant amount, just leave it out. You can use psyllium soaked in water, forms a tough gel, similar to flax seed (plus, it's a good source of fiber). I can imagine you can also get some vegan egg replacement powder.
