No sifting bran, no autolyse, turned out way better than I thought, fluffy and even crumb not dense at all?

My favorite Danni! I tried adding garlic after seeing your blog a while ago and my husband devoured half a loaf by himself!

I love a good savory loaf, even better if it’s whole wheat
