Attempt at little or no knead sourdough

Did a long slow rise, 17 hours. Made one mistake. Tried adding the salt 5 hours after mixing ingredients. Tried pinching the salt through the dough. Wound up with pockets of Salt in final product.

I would call that "Success" at little/no knead. Great looking loaves!
