I was worried I had ruined them since the butter was too cold when I started to roll the dough out and it broke up a little. After the 4th fold everything smoothed out and played nicely. I didn't get the level of caramelization I would have liked to due to the small (toaster) oven and using muffin tins as opposed to tart rings BUT they're yummy. Will attempt again once my new oven is here.
