I just dried a bunch of cherry tomatoes so a bread like this is in my near future. Care to share your recipe?
60g ww or rye starter
Dark Rye four 30g
Whole einkorn flour 80g
bf 320g
Water 365g (reserve 30g for mixing)
60g chopped sundried tomatoes
40g cheese
mix in starter with half of the reserved water> rest 30mins
Mix in salt and the rest of the water >30 min
30 sets S/F > rest 30 min
Fold in add-ins > rest 30 mins
s/f> rest 30min
s/f > rest 45 min
s/f > rest 45 min
s/f -rest 1hr 15 mins
shape and proof @room temp for 15 mins
Bake 500f 20mins covered
450f 28mins uncovered
Is that chocolate I see in the banana muffins?!?
Yes melted chocolate chips!?
