Hi, I'm Amber. I am not a professional baker, but preparing desserts is my best hobby ever. I've already been without my hobby for one week because my mixer had broken. I've been using it for 9 years. Now I have no idea, which one to buy. Tell me, which one is better to purchase.
hi Amber, I’m a newbie as well. I wanted a new handmixer this year and researched for quite awhile. YouTube is good for seeing them in action. But after lots of videos I finally decided on the Kitchenaid. It is beautiful..❤️ But I love the fact it’s always starts slow so not being covered in cream or batter. It has a great selection of attachments . Has great top speed. Easy to operate. But you can check all this out. Have fun choosing . I have only bought cheap ones before and there is a big difference....
Here's mine in orange! It's very quiet, also!!
Looks like the KA hands-held mixers are better than most of their stand mixers in terms of reliablilty & performance!!
Cook's Illustrated did a review of handhelds and determined that (at that time) the 9-speed KitchenAid was the best of the bunch. It was kinda pricey though, so I held off buying one for several years. Our old mixer died this year and we decided to bite the bullet and get one. It's a very good mixer - handles whatever we throw at it.

Guys, thank you for replies. I have been already two weekedns without my mixer:( But I tried to prepare other desserts, where I don't need it. So the situation isn't so terrible as I expected:)
MonkeyDaddy, I found that review what you told about. Here it is https://www.cooksillustrated.com/equipment_reviews/1566-handheld-electric-mixers . And also, I've found another review https://www.bestadviser.in/hand-mixer , where this mixer in top 5.
Macette, I followed your advice and found some video on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZbU6am6N28 . I like that it's not noisy at all.
Probably, I'll keep searching on YouTube another testing reviews. And on next weekend I'll finally make up my mind and purchase the one.
i had the same problem. I ended up buying the 9 speed Cuisinar. I can’t say I love it. I use mine for beati egg whites and the kitchenaid was much better.
You should search on Google for that.
