Hello everyone. I have just signed up. I have been in the bakery business for 20 years since leaving school. I don't know how I haven't came across this forum before.

I make anything from celebration cakes to sourdough bread. This weekend I have made a caramel latte cake and couple loaves spelt sourdough. I love making bread I have always liked working with dough since working in a bakery at age 16. Nice to meet you.

Welcome!  And I can't wait to brai learn some of your tips. Please post some finished breads as you make them? :) I love looking at good bread!
