Hi Guys. I haven't been posting much but I've still been baking lots over the last couple years. I recently finished construction of our new wood fired oven and of course that's gotten me baking like never before. On a recent trip to King Arthur I picked up a newish book from their head baker Martin Philip. It has been wonderful so far and the poolish baguettes and wheaty sourdough I've made from it have been wonderful. I imagine I'll be posting a bunch more as I continue to pump loaves out of this oven!
