i was getting ready to make some zucchini bread. The recipe says to use a 9X5 loaf pan which I am out. M
i was going to split the batter up into mini oaf pans 5 23/32 by 3 5/16. The height is about the same.
Recipe says 350 for 50-60 minutes. Should I reduce the time or temp as I am using smaller loaf pans?

Don't reduce the temperature, but you definitely need to reduce the time. I'd start checking at 30/35 minutes.
And the best way to check is to measure the internal temperature which should be 200 when it is done.
