My first dark rye loaf was a success. After learning about measuring by weight instead of volume, I totally went back to old habits and used measuring cups. I was tired. lol Luckily it turned out great! It's now my hubby's favourite of my breads. Let's hope I can replicate.

Thanks Marybeth. It's my own based on a variation of my lean dough recipe. I wrote it down, but I want to bake another with all ingredients weighed in grams before typing it up. Not sure how long that will be.
