Just coming back

Toast

I used to spend a lot of time at The Fresh Loaf but stopped baking bread for a few years.  I've started baking again and I'm so happy to be back.  I have learned so much from the bakers here and I hope to learn more.  I'm working on my sourdough technique right now.  I'm going to build a rye starter for a German black bread recipe I got on this site years ago.  Wish me luck.
