Of what material is your cloche made? I need one now but I have to improvise.
It is ceramic. That is the Emile Henry bread cloche.
Ive just started my path with bread making and this has my mouth watering so much. Absolutely beautiful.

Hi Francis - I just saw your introductory post. Welcome and I hope you enjoy your bread baking adventures.! Thank you for the kind words. I believe this was a pretty basic loaf. Usually that means Bread flour, rye, ... I think I added some freshly sprouted grains and some flax and hemp seeds too. My guess is this was about 70% hydration.
