The Eva Trio 2 liter pan is exactly what I want. Unfortunately I have yet to find it for sale in the continental USA. Shipped from Europe it costs $72. I would purchase one used if it's in decent enough condition or happily purchase a different pan which does the same thing but costs much less. Anyone have ideas about this?
What's so special about it?
It's volume makes the size loaf I want to produce.
The shape is perfect for my Danish Rye Bread, meaning it's walls are vertical (like a pullman loaf), but, unlike a pullman pan, it's walls and base width are identical (approximately 4".) I own a similar loaf pan but it's length is 13", way too long for the loaf I want to sell.

Thanks. I called King Arthur's order line to ask their pan's volume. The fellow I was transferred to, who worked for their baker's hotline, poured water into the pan (he seemed to have one instantly available to him) to discover how close it comes to 2 liters. Very close is the answer.
Again, thanks.
Did you see that they also sell the same pan as a set with a pullman lid? I have the pan only, and kinda wish I had the lid too.
Best,
