Thanks bikeprof. building the stand was a fun project too. the fire extinguisher is an antique that i put a faucet in and use it for the outdoor sink. that old extinguisher took a lot of heat last october '17. wildfire burned over our house, but we stayed and fought it!

Yes its a wood or gas passione. wanted a larger oven with the option of gas or wood. with the gas it would be faster to fire up and get cooking when last minute friends drop by. when using gas ive added a handful of wood chips to help give that smokie flavor, still experimenting with that.
Oh this type of setup is just my dream to have one day, it is just absolutely fantastic (The view is also quite something). Thank you for sharing, it gives me somethign to aspire to.
BTW I am glad the wild fire did not burned you house down. Please keep safe always, these natural disasters are no joke.
