Good idea! I made three of these last week, and polished off a loaf at a time with little or no effort (it just seemed to somehow disappear!). It was really good with the whole durum (atta) flour.
I made a Ciabatta recipe today using the King Arthur recipe it came out unbelievable good large air pockets through out the loaf and a hard crust to die for. It was first time I every made Ciabatta. I'm going to make tomorrow in fact. It is so good with slabs of butter!
