I've tried Yelp and cylex but they don't seem to accurately show the distance from farms when I give them my location, nor even necessarily farms that are in business still (some are listed as dissolved when I look into them further), so it would be a hassle to sort through them to find a viable actually close one . I don't have any farmers' markets that are near me, only in Norwich.

I'm in an area with lots of family farms. Typically when the wheat is cut down the grain is collected into semi trailer containers. It is then loaded into silos at a grainery for storage until the farmer sells it. If it is the same where you are it might be difficult to get it straight from the farmer. You can call a grainery and ask if they have leads for you or ask a local flour mill if they have a bag you can buy.
