I'm a strictly sourdough baker at the moment, using organic flour, water, and salt as the only ingredients.

glad you finally posted, as this batard is just beautiful. A lot of us here on TFL, as you probably know, enjoy the 'dark bake'. With this grigne, coloration and shaping, you'll easily find a home here.
