can't see my hands to find them to see if they are my spare pair or not after Beer30 and tim has no meaning for me:-) I got plenty of time for Japanese Bagel videos overlayed with fake applause and laughter though. Is that normal there? The last time I was there, they never ever laughed at anything, smiled, or let any two parts of their bodies touch each other much less make noise while doing so. I kind of felt out of place and possibly a Western Heathen to be avoided at all costs. They were very proper, reserves and wanting to not make a fuss about anything. But I didn't go to a basball game either to hear their version of ' Hey Hawahitsusan, lets see some Panamanian Palm Ball Chin Music; either. I kind of feel sorry for the bread bakers there if that is how they learn to make bread.
I got the video from the New York Bagel Baking Show . .
If that was all one knew about making bread, it wouldn't be nearly as popular as an occupation - 6 little bagels at a time, no matter how pretty, just doesn't seem worth the effort.
And if they wondered about you then, imagine what they must be thinking of all of us now... It would be most impractical to construct walls around every island, and likely ineffective at keeping we heathens out, since we have military bases there, already, and feel entitled to come and go as we please. Maybe if they're very, very quiet, we'll forget all about them... shhh.
Well, the finished bagels look pretty good - hard to say what was so humorous, but we'll never know. Thanks!

I still they taste better when they are fermented slowly. I really had no idea what's with the applause and the laughter! Haha
