i used this chai mix to make the liquid for my sourdough loaf. It's main ingredient are dried milk, black tea, sugar cane, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon. Basic 80 white 20 whole meal. 75% liquid. It made a fragrant loaf, which made wonderful toast the next day
