I use it all the time. Well made. Easy to clean. Nice heavy metal.

I have two of them. Use them for sandwich bread. I find I need to grease the lid well

I like them and have both sizes.

The 13" one fits The Italian Baker - Chocolate Bread perfectly. 350 degrees with 25 lid on and 20 lid off.  It bakes up so soft and moist. Kiddos favorite breakfast bread.  I do double the butter.

Great brand.  I  have 3 of their loaf pans and the 2-year-old pan looks new.  That's a great price for a Pullman, may replace mine & use a Kohl's coupon.  It needs only light greasing (depends on dough).  Wash ASAP and put it in the cooling oven to thoroughy dry.  80% of the time I don't use the lid.  This style pan makes a nice straight-sided long loaf (a bit narrower than normal).  Without the lid you can make a tall 2-1/2 lber (maybe more).  With the lid it makes dense thin-crust bread  - perfect for sandwiches or stuffing cubes.  I love Reinhart's Wild Rice Onion, loaded up with fresh & dried herbs baked in - Thanksgiving in a loaf.  2 years ago I made a few loaves, dried the cubes, packaged and gave some as gifts.  So much better than stuffing in a box.
