Here are a few pictures of the multigrain bread I made today. The recipe is from The Back Home Bakery. I changed the grains just a bit. I made one boule and one sandwich loaf. It is very tasty. I think I would have liked the crust to be a little harder.

The crumb looks perfect, as does the shaping on the boule. Nice one!
