A bit of an odd question, but would anyone with a single arm mixer be willing to post the dimensions of their mixer?
Specifically I'm after the width and depth of the bowl, the vertical stroke of mixing arm, arm cycles per minute and if it has more than one speed, dough mixing times, how many degrees the bowl rotates per arm stroke, or any other comments you'd like to make.
If anyone has any pictures of the inner workings of the drive mechanism I'd be especially grateful.
