This site has been so helpful. I embarked on sourdough a couple of months ago and literally on the last day of the year I had success with panettone with lievito madre only.

timing! My daughter gave me a picture of her and her new husband with my wife and I at their recent wedding in a beautiful rose covered frame! I have it placed at the end of my grandparents, parents, wife and daughter pictures over the entertainment center across from my desk so I can can see them all. Someday the grand kids will be next to it should we be so blessed!
