Bread Cloche

Can some help?  Just baked some bread in my new cloche and I can't get the lid off.  It is stuck and I am not sure if I had too much dough and it baked the lid on the base.  Any ideas on how to get it off without breaking the dome?

Patience.  Let it cool and sooner or later air will get into the dome and break the seal.  Next time you use it, put a small corner of paper under the edge or a flat toothpick.   What is the material of the dome and the base?

Might be fun to see how many days it takes.  Once cool, you can submerge the base into tepid water and hope to soften any crust between the dome and the base but more than likely the trapped moisture inside will help soften the crust.   So just wait it out.
