I usually cook m'y Breda on stone.

I try now, to make sommé, in fins but i don t know what is the better way to do ith the oven.

Could you help me, living me thé way to do, wich température, time...... ?

The only thing I have to add, which isn't mentioned in the video, is try to get some steam into the oven.
