Who would have thought that dough could dull a,stainless steel razor right ? Almost think its worth 50c or what ever it works out to to replace more often. But yeah funny how exciting slashing dough is - the highlight of the weekend what amounts to 30 seconds trying to get the perfect angle, depth curve etc :\
