HI guys,
I'm Sander, I've been baking for a few years now and I started sourdough baking a couple of years back.
I'm very much interested in learning more through this forum and to get new ideas.
I'm living in Vietnam at the moment where it's always hot, so super nice when you're dealing with sourdoughs. It is however a bit tricky to find non-white flours here. There is wholemeal flour but it's quite expensive so I've been baking 10% rye loaves.
If anyone has any ideas or suggestions on exotic ingredients that are available in South East Asia, please let me know.
I'm looking forward to hanging out here and get better at baking.
Cheers,
Sander
Nice to have you on board and look forward to you teaching me some recipes from South East Asia.
Looking forward to some nice Bánh mì recipes from you!
