Hello and new to forum

I just did my first video on bread making and wanted to say hi to the forum. I've been an avid baker for 20+ years and have done a lot of work with levain breads, viennoiserie, and have explored new techniques and ideas.

I know the world doesn't need another baguette video, but I made one anyway... trying to show all the tricks and tweaks I've learned over the years.
