Honey whole wheat sandwich bread !

Hello TFL'rs on this late night! Wanted to share with you all my bake of the day. So I decided to make a "Honey Whole-Wheat Sandwich Loaf". I used K.A.F whole wheat flour and a little bit of K.A.F white whole wheat, this recipe I found used a "sponge" and what made the dough have great taste was the use of good raw and wild honey and melted butter and salt. I couldn't wait to slice into the loaf and taste the reward of a little patience (ate those slices in the picture right away with peanut butter on one slice ;p). Happy baking all!! . Here are the pictures of my bake today

It looks like it didn't have much spring though.  I think another10% more dough and 10% less proof would really pay big dividends for this bread.  Well done and

Happy baking

"10% more dough and 10% less proof"

I made a very similar-looking WW bread today and I came to the same diagnosis. The recipe called for a 4 x 9, but I used a 5 x 10 because it just looked like a lot of dough. I let it proof slightly too long because I was hoping it might rise just a bit more.
