Applesauce-Buttermilk Rye - Recipe by Stanley Ginsberg

My first blog entry! ;-)

I'v read this recipe http://theryebaker.com/applesauce-buttermilk-rye/ and it hooked me up!

I tested it according to Stan: "My favorite topping, however, is goat cheese topped with a dab of orange marmalade, which gives me sweet orange above and below, sandwiching the creamy-sour-funky chèvre." It is gorgeous!

Thx Stan for this recipe!

Looks great and interesting flavors for a rye loaf. Mmmmm... I suddenly felt hungry.

Hello Pal, thank you very much!

"I suddenly felt hungry"

I would spontaneously suggest: "Make it!" But "with no oven" ??? ;-)

Hello Cica, thank you!

Yes, indeed, it is all between crisp and soft! And delicious!

I'v cut the loaf in four parts, and put three in the freecer. Last evening I took one out for breakfast today and it was realy good again! First with salami, fin! And then of course with goat cheese and orange marmalade! Tidbits!  ;-)
