Has anyone made Richard Bertinet's Cardamom Prune bread?
I'm making it today and I find that there are many discrepancies in ingredients and quantities between his youtube video making the bread, the recipe of said bread on his book Dough and the recipe you find on the Waitrose web page.
if anybody has made it could you tell me which recipe has been used please?
I have made it a couple of times following the youtube recipe. It came out good but I wish the prunes would have been more evenly distributed.
Thanks Chrisf, I just got it out of the oven following the youtube video too and it's good but I think it's a little dry. But maybe I needed to increase the liquid because I live at high altitude.
