I have subway forms and I haven't used them yet. My question I am making a high hydration dough, and want to use the dough in the forms. Do you think the dough would stick. The form would be placed on a perforated baking sheet, and the form itself appears to have tiny perforations. The forms are silicone. Any advice? I don't want to use parchment if I don't have to since I want even cooking top and bottom.
To be on the safe side I would spray them or use a bit of fat on the silicone.
