All is well. My ISP's servers went down earlier today and they haven't come back up yet. No worries.

This is my week to finally start enjoying "The Rye Baker". I'm in the mood for a dense, seedy,fruity loaf but, alas, for best taste, it should "cure" for a few days. So maybe I will have to start with that loaf but while it is "curing" make some of the intriguing rye bites for this weekends enjoyment.
