So I made a starter and fed it for four days as per the recipe.  Just made my first batch of bread from said starter.  I fed it the amount of water and flour that it has needed for the past four days.  Should I feed it more because I took some out of it?

there is enough on hand for your next loaf.  So yes, replenish. 

I am impressed that you got a loaf from a 4 day old starter.   How did it turn out?

Have you been discarding? I would keep feeding at the same ratio as you have been.

Edit: Please give details on how you are maintaining the starter. Are you weighing the ingredients? How much flour and water are you adding? How much starter are you using each time you feed?
