baking in dutch oven

Just bought Ken Forkish Flour water salt yeast.

I have a 5 qt dutch oven and was not planning to purchase the 4 qt that he suggests. Any recommendations on adjustments to time for cooking?

Just follow the recipe times and bake till dark. I believe he allows for cooler or hotter ovens.

By the way, I use 5 quart Dutch ovens and did so while baking my way through his book. I have developed though my own timing: 20 minutes at 500F, 10 minutes at 450F, take the lid off and bake another 15 to 30 minutes until the crust is nice and dark.
